    Once you purchase a DiSC Profile and Behavior Assessment Admin Account Setup Package, we will provide you with your EPIC Administrator Account. Our team will provide you the information and coaching you need to confidently get started with the EPIC system.  You can first set up your company branding to display on all assessments.  

  • Managing EPIC Credits:

    Credits are deducted from your account as assessments are completed. The number of credits used vary based on the specific assessment. We set up a system for you to easily purchase credits and then they are immediately deposited into your EPIC account. Credits never expire. 

  • EPIC Support:

    Our commitment is to provide the highest level of customer service. We promise seamless and prompt communications. Our team provides on-going complementary support to include: sharing best practices; providing insight into creating learning roadmaps; application-based exercises to integrate DiSC and/or Five Behavior principles; coaching to develop a Return & Learn experience; and answer any questions.
